Kinetic Damage Mods not dropping since 1.0.1.3 update?
I just spent 10's of thousands of glimmer on blue random mods, $50 on bright engrams, and ~300 gunsmith parts, and not a single Kinetic Damage Mod has dropped! I have not had problem getting these to drop prior to the release of the latest update 1.0.1.3.
Is there a known bug for these not to appear now? Or maybe the RNG was tuned to make them WAY more rare than they should be? I have overblown my post master with all of these others, and converted everything I had to make room, but nothing...

Having this issue as well. Spent well over 150k on random mods, farmed 50-60 bright engrams and have cashed in 1000+ gunsmith telemetries. Only had ONE kinetic mod drop ever lol. Insane.
