Why does Trump keep praising countries with universal healthcare?

First Australia, now "Nambia". Presuming he means the country of Namibia - it's another country with a universal healthcare system. How come he isn't pushing for a universal healthcare system if he thinks they're so great?

There are universal health care systems that work, but I'd want to see some meaningful campaign finance reforms first. One of the biggest ways those systems save money is by allowing the government to negotiate on behalf of the entire country with pharmaceutical and other health-related companies to get prices down. Representing an entire country gives you a pretty strong negotiating position. Here, though, I'd be worried about those companies donating huge amounts of money to campaigns, then getting more favorable deals later on.
