So, I play mostly Hunter at the moment, and I have yet to see a use for most of their Exotic armor, especially when there are already five Exotics that are just better than all the others, those being Celestial Nighthawk, Orpheus Rig, Raiden Flux, Lucky Raspberry, and Foetracer. One of the more unique Exotics that I think could use some love are the Lucky Pants. They look great and give you Quickdraw and Hot Swap on all your Hand Cannons. However, that's all they do, and I think they could use a little love to fulfill their gunslinger's fantasy a bit better. My suggestion for a buff to them would be to also let Sidearms get the Quickdraw and Hot Swap buff (since they're also pistols, and this looks like a pistol-based Exotic), and stowed Hand Cannons (specifically Hand Cannons, since there are a few sidearms [b]cough anything by Omolon cough[/b] that do exceedingly well in PvP) would be automatically reloaded after a short time, similar to the Titan Exotic that does the same thing for SMGs. It also fits the description of the perk "Illegally Modded Holster" a bit better, since it would be something that sounds highly illegal. I've also linked a YouTube review of these boots in their current state, done by Mtashed, since he gets to the damn point quicker than most of the Destiny YouTubers.
