No more reskinned gear. faction Gear are reskins.
There's already a low amount of Gear for each class, why have this faction event reward you with just faction variants of Gear we already have. Not cool.

6 RepliesTotally agree. One of the main reasons I played D1 was because I loved the armor (except the Warlock armor). D2's armor is so incredibly disappointing - and incredibly limited - compared to the first game. Re skins are absolutely pathetic as they do not demonstrate any sense of creativity or push any diversity in the game world. Also I'd like to add that over a third of the D2's exotic armor pieces are from D1. What a ripoff! I expected that Bungie would at least make some new exotic content, not reuse the same material. Honestly D2 feels a lot like an expansion to D1 in terms of armor, except now all the good armor from D1 is gone.

It would be pretty cool if bungie had a way to submit community armor designs for a chance to see them implemented in game. I'm positive that some of us can come up with creative and amazing designs to spice up the loot pool.

I guess more than 6 original armors is asking to much in a full priced game.

2 RepliesTwo of each faction's armor sets were shown in previous trailers. I'd prefer unique gear, but this is pretty par for the course. Faction gear has always been re-skinned Vanguard gear though. Crucible is usually the same. I was surprised that the Crucible gear was different.

7 RepliesYup D2 is a looter shooter with a starved loot pool, in already bored with gear, I haven't played in 3 days and don't even miss it nor do I care or have any desire to play again!! I played destiny 1 almost every day and I wouldn't mind going back but I played D2 for 2 weeks and lost interest!! I don't know what it is exactly, I think it's the boring loot, but I really can't decide why I don't care about D2.

You're buying the same stuff you already bought every DLC minus the events and game modes that they will, remove, rename, and resell you. Srry Edit: To reinforce you buying that very same stuff, they LOCKED bought content and disallow access to what they lock after you pay for it UNLESS you buy it again. If you didn't kno, u do now.

Due to balance all the loot has been re skinned versions of the first guns in y1. With actual different guns there would be more OP and more useless guns. Bungie doesn't want that because PVP would be killed. With no PVP we could have borderlands gear

For a looter shooter, there's basically no real loot, everything is a duplicate within three or so weeks, and then they announce a few reskins, no doubt with mediocre perks like everything else and the raid gear too..... Fixed loot, stupidest thing they ever did.....

2 RepliesEdited by Kick: 9/22/2017 9:11:31 PMBump. This is vanilla. No two weapons or armor should look the same. Even in vanilla D1 each faction had their own unique set. This is beyond lazy. Edit: I was wrong. Faction armor in D1 was roughly the same across all 3 factions. Even worse the Y1 vanilla DO armor is just reskinned as the "new" DO armor. I mean, it can't be that hard to draw up some new armor, can it? Or at the very least reskin more than just one set.
