Hey gang (or is this forum just an angry mob at this stage?), I've been looking through the forum a lot these last couple of days like a lot of you are and I can't help notice that the forum still lacks the feeling that anyone is ever really paying attention. That's not to say that is the actual case, but there doesn't seem to be much visibility to users that feedback is being seen/considered.
At the rate this forum moves because of reposts, rants, bumps, etc it's hard to syphon through everything and actually get an idea on what has been looked at and considered deserving of a response.
To help fix this I'm suggesting something like blizzard blue tracker? This could be something on the website that could be tracking staff comms on social media with specific tags or forum threads that have had a bungie reply (i know a tag for these cases exist, but they're flooded off the front page way too fast).
Something like this could reduce the number of times we see people repeat questions that have already been recently answered, it could improve the visibility of the staff thoughts expressed in the forum leading to a better impression on users who believe there's no one on the forums thus leading to a better user experience.
For anyone unsure, I've provided the wowhead blue tracker used to track the threads that bungie tagged users have commented on in their own forums.
