I just made a clan and got my clan banner from Hawthorne, but after inviting a friend they are unable to get the clan banner from her. He tried leaving and then coming back to the clan and we tried to play a crucible to see if it needed to reload the area. Is there a certain prerequisite he needs to meet first to get it or is it bugged?
