Bungie, buff the charge so I can atleast finish the enemy off with a punch afterwards, otherwise? Shoulder charge is a more pathetic, weaker, slower version of a normal punch, and if not, puts me at risk/more situations than a regular spam punch.

This ability is why I don't like Titan. Even if they don't boost it's ability to kill (although it needs a little buff love), the melee ability shouldn't be charge-specific. By that I mean it should be a "typical" melee ability without sprinting, and be a more powerful ability (reward) if you take the [i]risk[/i] of sprinting headlong at your enemy. And why does every subclass have to have it?
