There was already a means to guaranteed legendaries! It was called a vendor system. You played the game. Saved up currency leveled rep and thengot an rng package AND the option to buy what you wanted. Now they've Completely eliminated any player choice and made ALL loot (nearly every. Single. Piece.) rng. How is that better than the old system?

Having to grind for almost 2 weeks for 1 garunteed legendary vs. Grinding for 1-2 hours for a garunteed (though random) legendary. Is much rather the latter than the former.
