Whos idea was it to go from a token system to a RNG Engrem system?
Seriously, 6 Vanguard engrams....because that hunter armor is amazing, and not one piece of armor yet.
Who thought going from a token reward system that lets you buy specific pieces of armor or weapons you are missing, and going to a RNG engram system that randomly decides if you will or will not get a piece of armor.
I mean technically if your RNG sucks you can go the entirety of D2 and never get a complete set of armor from any of the factions.

It seems like a lot of good changes happened for D2, but it also feels like they had to sacrifice other stuff that weren't a problem for reasons unknown. (Rushed game again maybe?)
