What's your favorite beer? and which did you drink most when acquiring the taste for alcohol?
-
My favorite going at the moment is one we make here: Trespasser IPA. It's hazy, has a great body, and is full of Mosaic, Citra, and El Dorado hops. We're all out at the moment and I don't have a window in the schedule to brew more yet so I'm sad. Outside of this brewery I love Odell IPA, but they don't distribute this side of the Rockies so I'm sad. I was a young, broke punk when I started drinking beer so it was a lot of Schmidt's Ice and Steel Reserve and Guinness when I had some money. Then I moved on to Stone's Arrogant Bastard. I eventually moved on to Fat Tire from New Belgium (taking a tour at their brewery is what inspired my occupation) and from there it was anything I could get my hands on. Hooked. Now I live pretty remotely but I'm surrounded by some of the best breweries in the NW so I'm constantly trying stuff from pFriem, Everybody's, Logsdon, and Backwoods. We could really use a good bottle shop in my town though...

Dude have you tried any Kansas City beer yet?
-
I've had a bunch of beers from Boulevard. They do great work!
-
For sure! Kc beer Co is also a top notch brand! Dunkel is "the best beer in the world"
-
I'll keep an eye out for it. It's hard to get mid west beers on this side of the Rockies.

For sure. Plus you're better off drinking it fresh within Kansas City anyway. Just keep it in mind for your next roadtrip. I'm going to be traveling the country with my new job, if I get up around the northwest I'm definitely making a detour to the walking man pub.
