They seem to have gotten a lot of things wrong with this so call sequel ,they had a whole 3 years to learn from their mistake and have crap the bed.

They didn't learn from anything though. They just nerfed everything we liked and doubled down on everything we didn't like. Will be interesting to see what kind of legs this game has...
-
Nearly everything that got nerfed was nerfed because people cried that it was too overpowered in crycible. Don't blame bungie for giving people what they asked for
-
No. I CAN. They should have made the cubicle SEPERATE FROM PVP. This is how most MMOS have always done it. Pve and PvP should be balanced separately.
-
I don't blame Bungie for giving them what they asked for. I blame them for not believing in their own game concept and for not acknowledging that the people complaining are a small, but vocal minority, and in the case of streamers, they're a highly visible minority.
-
Yes it will be interesting indeed.

Problem is that they threw away all that was working fine in D1. They wanted to make a "fresh start" and they just -blam!-ed up what was already right.
-
Exactly.

Hopefully their first TTK-Like DLC will be another "Fresh Start" - something like their third or fourth fresh start with this franchise, and they'll do the game right: 1. Go back to PVE being the entire focus, i.e., go back to Y1's core gameplay; 2. Separate PVE from PVP or accept that PVP will be non-competitive and take a hands-off balancing approach, only stepping in to nerf something if it is RIDICULOUSLY OP the way OG Vex ACTUALLY was; 3. Fix issues with ACCESSIBILITY to endgame content - this was really Y1's MAJOR functionality issue and could have been easily rectified with an optional matchmaking system; 4. Revert back to the D1 style Loadouts and Subclasses. Update the OLD subclasses with some of the new perks people like, but maintain much of what people loved about the old subclasses and just port them over to D2. 5. Allow players to port over ALL weapons from D1 to D2 - after all, the new loadout system was what was used as justification for leaving everything behind. If they scrap it, theres no reason to leave our favorite guns in the dust; 6. Apologize to everyone for having their heads up their own behinds, and as a "thank you" for all who have taken an interest in the franchise, they'll make this TTK-Like DLC free. 7. Remove Tess Everess- she should have an unfortunate end such as the one the speaker met. We can't trust microtransactions to be limited to cosmetics only anymore. 8. Fire current sandbox team 9. Bury the ghosts of halo. Leave 343 to do their work on THAT franchise; 10. Make the game fun again. Fun is why we play. Leave the E-Sports to other games that are better suited for it.

They spent 3 years spiraling the wrong direction, patting themselves on the back the whole way. why would the sequel be a turn around?
