Definitely record it if you can, because I'm having trouble visualizing where the enemy is in your description.
Also, I'd recommend editting your post and tag it in the Feedback or Help category because 1) bugs usually go in those locations and that's where the developers are more likely to see them and 2) if this does need to be addressed it'll be better off in one of those categories since it'll probably just get buried in the Destiny 2 category.

If you moved forward from the spawn towards keyhole, they appeared behind us on the motion tracker, the red was slightly transparent to denote that they're either above or below you but we simply couldn't see him. My description is probably poor, and I'll do my best to record it if it happens again.
