Okay, first things first. I'm fully prepared for all the "Lol git gud scrub" and other similar comments so I'll ask you to kindly refrain from that elitist garbage please. Also refrain from calling me a crybaby or whiner or whatever because forums aren't meant to be a circle jerk about how great and perfect the game is when it clearly isn't.
As it stands, the raid is too difficult for "normal mode". I'm not saying that the enemies are too tough or whatever but there are some serious problems that need addressing. One problem is the revive mechanic. A 30 second timer or wipe is just awful. Even worse is that you can only revive someone once. As someone who completed all the raids prior to Rise of Iron multiple times, I am fully aware that Raids are meant to be difficult but this isn't friendly towards newcomers. It's not even friendly to the casual player. It literally only caters to Elitists. Trying to get through a raid where you keep having to wipe because someone keeps dying is just awful. It isn't fun, it's tedious. The raid should be fun, not tedious. I get the feeling this mechanic is going to extend to future raids aswell. It's awful.
Another thing - Tougher enemies in the raid require lots of heavy ammo. How are we supposed to kill them by ourselves if we don't have enough ammo because of the way ammo drops are handled now? Ammo in D1 would drop like candy. There was no need to change it.

I guess I wasn't quite clear enough. I understand that raids are meant to be hard. I completed all the raids prior to Rise of Iron multiple times. The enemies are not overly tough or anything, it's the revive mechanic. If even one person is not up to scratch, the whole team has to wipe because of that person. In D1 raids, you could make-do with one person not being up to scratch. But now, thanks to the revive mechanic, everyone must be of similar skill plateaus.
