COLDHEART IS STILL LOCKED! "Requires Preorder Exclusive" well how do you think I got it in the first place?
I've already written about this once and you replied Bungie, but I did all those things and nothing worked. So I replied to you both publicly and privately. I Paid EARLY to Get Coldheart... I HAD Coldheart When I hit lvl 20... THEN Three days later it's LOCKED along with my themes for the PS4 and the emotes and the Kill tracker Ghost... So why can't I use them?! I PAID for Services you Openly Advertised which I received but then were taken away from me 3 days later. I Even have the Cayde-6 Statue from Preorder Launch... I Have a receipt from GameStop showing the not only did I Preorder but I also did early download. Which I'm sorry wouldn't you have to "Preorder" to "Early Download "? Please just fix this and I'll be as happy as can be! But it's frustrating looking at these item in my inventory and I can't use them anymore, and my friends all have it but now I don't... please just help- yes my playstation Plus is active, Yes I restored Licenses , and Yes I cleared my Cache so give me something else!

I have this same issue please help! I've had it since level 17 and I've infused it up to 271 and i can't use it? I put a lot of guns and purple shards into my Coldheart so please help Bungie!
