Replica weapons at the Bungie Store
Is Bungie considering selling replica Halo weapons at the Bungie Store, kinda like Star Wars.com does? It would be cool if they sold toy, or studio quality replicas of the weapons used in Halo. I've seen the pictures of the guys out there that make their own out of wood, foam, and some plastic, but just wondered if Bungie is in process of making these accessable to the public through their store?

Bungie can't sell Halo related stuff without Microsoft's approval, so they're trying to keep it Bungie-related. All (most) of the replica items Bungie has are fan made, or from some designer. For example, all of the helmets in the Bungie Store pictures are fan-made.

They could probably sell the Covenant weapons, but remember that Bungie don't own Halo's IP any more.

I remember a kid in my area got shot by Police for using a toy gun, but the cops couldn't tell the difference. How many people do you think would get shot over these guns? Are they truly safe to have? [b]Translation:[/b] Yes, I want to have an Assault Rifle!

It would be cool. But I think making a fake UNSC rifle is different than making a fake blaster. People can tell a blaster is fake, not an Assault Rifle.
