they are releasing it @ midnight on sept 6th by region... not each individual time zones. so depending on where you live in a region will dictate what time you get it.

Hello there, I'm in UK too and I preordered at Game. They're opening their stores at 2330 on 5th September for a midnight launch. Check with your local one to be sure. Alternatively, major supermarkets with 24 hour opening may have it available then as well.

Honestly I can't remember - I believe it was a steamer but I know this is how it's happening in the US - and he said that as well. Your best bet is to call your most popular and reputable video game distributor ( ours is Gamestop ) and verify.
