How to force App update?

I am on iphone 7 plus. How do I force the update for the campnion app for Destiny 2? Help me please.

I think the app is updating at 3pm EST, but Im really enjoying the new website. I just wish I could still see my Destiny stats even if you cant transfer gear anymore.
