I think we can say that the Vex would win. Like Paelleion said, not only do the Vex control time, they also learned the Sword Logic. Your race may be the embodiment of time, but that means you'd be a slave to the Vex. They would trap your race in time, never to escape. Also, your race's time-based abilities/attacks would have almost no effect (if any effect whatsoever). But what does this have to do with Guardian abilities (from The Taken King) being "taken" away?

The vex don't hsve control over time. They manipulate time, if the controlled time they would be able to wipe out the hive without a problem. My race are time itself, there is no place without them and the vex can go agaisnt them but they can't kill them. They can destroy their history etc. They can destroy whole multiverses. Etc. Yeah

Meaning that the Vex can manipulate you, and if destroying your species means their annihilation, they can just contain you within cage, metaphorically speaking. They won't have to destroy, and it will still result in your race's defeat.

First you're saying Vex only manipulate time, then you say they can't. If you can't accept the facts, then why ask which race would fair against one another? And you're saying that they're the embodiment of time, which is what the Vex control (yes they control it, but not omnipotent). My points still stand: They can destroy your "timeless ones", or simply contain them if they try to interfere in their affairs. Look at what happened to Kabr's fireteam. They were sent out of time (or something like that). Everytime I present a fact about the Vex, you edit my post or make up something new about your race. The Vex are not lesser beings. They can exist in many timelines and their logic is VERY advanced. There's infinite timelines so it'd be impossible for your timeless to know which ones the Vex occupy. The timeless just can't handle the Vex at this point.

The timeless have destroyed entire multiverses of infinite scales. The vex stand to chance in hell. Timeless can't not be destroyed without destroying the omniverse. The timelines exist in every single timeline at the same time. All at once. They arr omniversal nigh omnipotent gods of time. The vex can't handle the timeless. The vex control time entirely and they could erase your race from the timeline of reality and trap you like Kabr's fireteam even though they were paracausal.

The vex can only do that in the vault of glass. My race are the embodiment of time and control it completely. They are time within every Reality, to erase them is to try to erase time itself.

Well the vex do that pretty well in the vault.And the figured out the sword logic on the dreadnaught with quira blade transform hydra so if they killed one of the timeless then they become timeless themselves.
