I think it's okay. It's not incredibly bad and it's not incredibly great. It's just okay. The perk block we have access to seems pretty nice in PvE and could be amazing if we ever have a arc-burn and brawler equivalent modifier in D2. It doesn't seem all that good for PvP though (From my experience so far, that is.) The super is rather nice as long as you don't spam the attack button and instead use the dodge ability. I personally think the super could use a bit more in-air target lock-on. I have killed multiple Arcstriders by simply jumping back and shooting at them. I'll try the subclass a bit more but these are my impressions so far. How is your experience with the Arcstrider so far?
