Can't log into Destiny

I am unable to log into Destiny whenever I click one of my characters it says that permission for multiplayer a has changed and that you may have been signed in somewhere else please help because I haven't signed in on any other Xbox one

Try backing out of Destiny then clearing your consoles cache. Then try logging back into Destiny.
