destiny will never be balanced. they should stop focusing that much on pvp. theyve shown that there are clueless about pvp content in destiny 1.

No it wont ever be fully balanced bit that doesnt mean you make a one 2 shot handcannon and a shot gun with autorifle range. Set perks is better once every1 plays crucible they will see why. Unless you suck, then your not gonna have fun cause your luck in the chamber eyasluna wont be able to save you from some1 with superior skill.
