Yeah, this is a little more in line with a proper MMO. You can grind for a WEAPON now or a piece of armor, and not a certain combo of perk rolls. Just think, no more 'I have 657 Undying Mind completions, and still no Imago Loop with rifled' posts.... see, people just don't know what they want, they just wanna bitch. It'll blow over.

I wasn't speaking from personal experience, just an example. I've never much given a shit about weapon perks... if I like the way a gun handles, I use it, if I don't I salvage it.

Except why remove perks entirely? Why not have a more forgiving RNG system with better perks so everyone isn't grinding for that Imago Lop with rifle barrel? Perks weren't the problem, the crappy RNG and lack of good perks was the problem.
