Yeah, I think this really applies to companies unilaterally. All companies at some point start acting like they're all about their customers in an attempt to win more customers. If anyone believes that Phil or any head guy at a company really cares about them they're delusional. MS is getting killed in console sales and everything they're doing is an effort to try to turn that around. I will say that regardless of their motivations, I'm glad they're making these decisions and I'm hoping that even if by some miracle xbox catches or surpasses sony (which I doubt happens for a long time, if ever) that they keep this line of thinking.
