What will Destiny 2's raid look like? Every raid in Destiny share one common theme,to kill gods with the final boss possessing godlike powers. Atheon controlled all of time within the Vault of Glass. Crota was the Eater of Hope and master of the Sword Logic. Aksis was the machine god. Oryx is the most obvious. As Bungie made clear, Destiny 2 is about Light, the Traveler, and Ghaul. If Ghaul is the final raid boss, then most likely he will use the Light as a stepping stone to achieve godhood. In this case, Ghaul might be able to summon a chain gun made of solar energy as Hunters can summon the Golden gun. Maybe even summon lightning storms and create void shields. How would the location effect the battle? One thing is certain though, it will be a test of who truly deserves to be chosen by the Light.
