I don't know what the other guy is talking about, because guns are everything. You just need to experiment and see what weapons work best for your playing style. I run a long range high impact scout with a shotgun. That way I can fight long and short distance. But that's just me. My scout takes out snipers from across the map, and if they get close, I blast my shotty to thier face. There are tricks you can use also. I like using my bubble with over shield, then use my bubble as bait. I run through the bubble for the shield, and when people show up to attack my bubble, I pick them off from the sides. For some reason people flock to bubbles. Lol. Especially warlocks. When you see them try to Nova bomb, you shoot them out of the air. They might destroy your bubble, but not you, lol. I collected tons of crests during IB doing just that. Good luck, and don't be so hard on yourself.
