What is your idea of "worth"?
If you want the prestige of having something to show other players that you've gone flawless, then yes, they're worth getting.
If you really value the extra adept perks on weapons for PvP, then yes, they're worth getting.
If you don't care about that, then no, they're not worth getting.
Everyone has their own agendas.

What I mean by "worth", is that other than the color scheme and snapshot, they are The same as their non-adept counterparts. So what's the difference?

The difference is that you have the prestige of showing off that you went flawless. Snapshot is also a valuable perk in PvP. Some people like those things. Therefore, it's worth getting the adept weapons.

Well I'm not the kind of person who would wave their adept gun in an average player's face and say "hey look at me I went flawless." Just sayin.
