I know it wasn't in the reveal stream, but did they mention any options to change character hairstyles and facial features? I know that's the only portion that is transferring over but I would really like to mix things up occasionally by trying out different hairstyles, eye colors, etc... I'd even be willing to pay small amounts of glimmer to change it each time.
-
When they say transferring over, I wonder about the PC version if you will be given the choice to transfer from console to PC vs juat console to console
-
It would be really stupid if they didn't, character customization is very important in games today, especially games like Destiny where your supposed to connect with your personal Guardians, as they are your gateway into the game's world. They allow you to express and design your character based on the way YOU want them to look. If Bungie doesn't at least include a system to alter your Guardian's appearance, it would be a very stupid and ignorant move on their part. I see absolutely no reason why one shouldn't be implemented in Destiny 2.

Edited by yourchutoy: 5/20/2017 6:51:42 PMThis is Bungie we are talking about here not Bethesda. Your guardian can't visit the "barber" or that Waste Land surgeon to have plastic surgery done. And no there was no mention of any additional customize options...... yet.
-
If the customization is the same then I will keep my looks, if not I will definitely create new characters!
-
Kant would have you think differently on the cosmological sense of things.
-
I want to be able to make my Titan darker.
-
It will probably cost 25,001 glimmer, or 200 silver.
-
I'm waiting for Bungie to piss off hundreds of thousands of people by forcing them to use the same faces and hair as they had in the original game.
-
I want an Exo beard.
-
They did say before about looks of our d1 faces going over so it has to use a similar creator for faces right?
-
If you want to change the look of your Guardian you might as well just create a new look from scratch when D2 comes out, if the options for character creation are similar to D1.

Edited by Timid Tapioca: 5/21/2017 9:07:41 AMIt's your fault for applying the face paint and going with a mohawk. Beards would be cool though.
-
I would imagine so, since its one of the biggest request since day 1, but we shall soon see

If its not asking too much, I would like to look like a cross eyed friar tuck, but with one leg and a hunched back.
-
Trust me, Im holding square the minute D2 drops
-
-
Some of the Guardians still had some of the same hair styles from D1 in the reveal
-
I think it would have been awesome if bungie scrapped the gameplay trailer and said "the news you've all been waiting for: destiny 2 will have a hairdresser!" The buzz cut starts at light level 100, pony tail and mohawk 200, cornrows and Afro at max 280 light. Would have been much better than the garbage gameplay they did show #satire
-
No, nothing is going to be new. It's the same old shit.
-
I'm happy with my character's appearance but wouldn't mind changing hairstyle and things like that occasionally.
-
It will probably let us change our face at the beginning
