me n my friends did the vidmaster Endure yesterday and finished around 10:20pm EST. it still says that havent even played the game of firefight in our firefight history. does this mean we can nevar has Recon?(we cant re-lock the acheivement to unlock it again) [Edited on 07.09.2010 5:47 AM PDT]

So since U guys totaly HAVE 2 rok on reach.... and we don't wanna pressure u into taking ALL THAT TIME putting up double xp, when the servers cme back, maybe they shoud be like _allweeknormalxp_ livingdead grifball team throwback team cool maps and, well yeah you get the point here right because, um it also brings YOUR STOLEN MW2 PLAYERS back to halo becaouse iv'e witnessed my freind who is so addicted (like when i was at his house he played with his headset in all day playin solo mw2 with his freinds.... but then the next time i went over, he didnt EVER argue for mw2 (he did 4 destroy all humans though) because the asspect of playing living dead with people you dont know who could be on the -blam!- offenders list, is so much more fun than playing 5 people on custom games.

Can't believe how fast the time blew by me. Feels like, just yesterday I was standing in line at a midnight release and, now I reading the Halo 3 servers are dead and Reach is going to Fall on us very soon. The nostalgia is so thick right now.

Well Halo 3 was so far the best game i have ever played on x-box. I made alot of friends, and I want to look back on it every once in a while. But mostly I want Halo Reach to kick Halo 3's @$$ GO BUN7GIE

I've very confused with this (poor reading skillz.) So does this mean That halo 3's old matchmaking options will be replaced with halo reach inspired stuff or the matchmaking will be down completely and halo 3: odst updates? like in more gamemodes matchmaking on firefight or what? I'm sorry i'm slow.

[b]PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENTING. Bungie is just moving halo 3 (odst too I think) to the halo reach server. It's not going away! it's just moving to a much better/faster sever that is capable of holding halo 3 and reach without dying in the process. You still will be able to get recon and and vidmaster achievements. After the transfere is done you will be able you do everything you used to again. Just not right now. New hardware, eh? Might I ask some tech specs on the new stuff? EDIT: And what's happening to the old stuff? I think you'd probably be able to make a killing on the old servers if you put them on eBay, simply due to the fact that they were the servers that supported Halo 3. Even if you had everyone sign them and stuff, it'd be great. And then you could donate the proceeds to some kind of charity or something. Feed the childrens, you know?
