Iv been grinding this since the taken king, on my warlock and titan i was able to obtain full armour sets of queens armour in 16 ranks and 22 ranks of reputation. On my hunter i am now rank 42 and simply receiving multiple helmet/chest/legs/class items - i have never had gloves to complete this set - something that i should have been able to do in easily 20 rep packages Is there an issue with the rewards for queens wrath? Iv sunk hours of my time into this and its getting rather tedious.
