Looking for a PS4 Clan that actually finishes that which they start.

First? Allow me to introduce myself. I am yourchutoy (PSN), I am a Year 1 Player. I have played all manner of events in this game. Been through every Raid. Played Iron Banner and even Trials once or twice. I am not the best PvP Guardian around. Trials is NOT my thing though I might brave it just for kicks. I main a Warlock. Used my Warlock from the very start of my journey into the world of Destiny. I like the game. I like playing with people, I try to be a good Guardian and help out when I can. I try my best at everything I do in this game. I may get frustrated from time to time when things don't go well or right, but I will never rage quit on people. I believe a Clan can be great if they truly want to. I try to be loyal to the Clan....however loyalty is a two way street. And on that last comment we come to the reason for this post: I am currently in a clan. This "clan" has been unable to complete a single challenge in any of the updated raids. Which also means they have yet to complete ANY of the updated 390 modes. Here is why. They will do the Raid one night out of the week. When they can't get it done in one night? They vanish/quit/give up and claim they are frustrated/tired/or "Burnt out". Now I can fully understand these things. The thing is? it happens a little too often. The current leadership is questionable. The effort now is to bring in new members to bolster the numbers. That is all well and good. I like meeting new people and helping them out. Thing about this is? Most of the new members often quit shortly after joining. Those that stay often do not link up with other members unless the Admins are on and attempting a Raid. At which point they learn about them having not completed the 390 mode and quit to look for more fertile grounds. One of the Admins is prone to lying quite a bit. Making promises to help people out only to bail on them or just not show up when he claims he will. he actually left in the middle of an IB match to jump in with another group who claimed they would get him through the VoG last week. To me? That isn't the way a Clan Admin should act. I believe in showing Commitment. I passed on several chances to do Raids because I agreed to help a few Clan Members up their LL. What do I get out of helping? Told I am unreliable by another Admin because they wanted me to drop who I was helping so they could try the Raid challenge that they never finished anyway. I have tried to get Raid teams together. Several times a week for the last 3 weeks because others want to do the raids to get weapons and gear. I get called pushy and impatient. How? What? Because I am not Admin and only Admin can set up Raid teams? All I want is a group of people who commit to Clan and not just themselves and their ego. Is that really too much?
