POLL QUESTION: Is the drop rate of Age of Triumph gear in boxes too low? before you spend your hard earned money on Age of Triumph boxes. just realise that bungie have made the odds of getting Age of Triumph peices incredibly low compared to previous box sets. The first $60 i spent got me 2 peices which were bad rolls. My second $60 i spent got me 1 good roll helmet. Third $60 i got 0 peices. Thought i was having really bad luck. So i spent $60 for the Fourth time which got me 0 peices again. $240 to get 4 Age of Triumph peices. 3 were bad rolls which i deleted boots gloves chest. 1 good roll which i kept helmet. Total boxes opened around 140. basic maths 4 out of 140 boxes. not sure the percentage chance on this. kind of dissapointed with the drop chance on the actual Triumph set peices from the boxes. i was getting more peices from other exclusive box sets such as desolate, spektar etc than Triumph. Triumph peices seem to almost not drop at all. I'm posting this to help inform other bungie spenders to be aware of this incredibly low drop chance so they might make more informed decisions. i'm happy to support the game when i get what i expect to pay for in other things. but this box is not very good for getting Age of Triumph gear. and sadly there are no alternatives lol. i wont be buying anymore boxes anytime soon. or recommending them to my friends. sorry bungie. no cloak after spending $240 on Age of Triumph boxes is ridiculous to say the least. the chances of getting any actualy Triumph pieces is pitiful. fix this product bungie. because right now its a joke. 4 peices out of 140 boxes. that is insane. keep my money bungie. and rename the it Box of Dissapointments instead. Atleast we'll be better prepared for it. Update: the fact that you could spend $60 and get 0 Triumph peices. and try again with another $60 and get 0 Triumph peices is ridiculous. you could spend $120 on boxes and get nothing but old gear. if this box didnt have Triumph peices in it i wouldnt bother but, you should be able to get a few peices each time you spend $60. not 0 peices. i would spend more if i knew i was gauranteed at least 3 peices for $60. but to get no Triumph peices after spending $120 is a joke. i bought other boxes and already have the old gear sets. this Triumph box is a joke. * tip for bungie. make a box specifically for triumph set to drop. i will continue to spend. till then i'll leave this box seems meant for people who havent spent any money in the cash shop who dont have any of the old set gear. i'll be waiting till they release a specific triumph set box before i spend any more money towards a triumph set. so if anyone wants a triumph set this box set is very hard to get it with. waiting till bungie release a better box set like the ones they used to release in the past that were more specific. this box aint worth it for triumph set peices. have to spend wayyy too much for wayy too little amount of peices. my 2 cents.
