So in the mission scourge of winter we hunt down and kill draksis kell of winter. Then later in HoW we eventually kill Skolas kell of wolves. Then much later we kill Aksis who isn't technically a kell but is acting as one. So the obvious question is: can we become a kell? Before we can properly answer this question we need to map out exactly what it takes to become a kell. [b]Power:[/b] Every kell we have faced or even heard of has had the most power out of all their house. It seems to become a kell you need to be able to fight off any and all opposition. We are certainly capable of that with our nova bombs and our golden guns. Heck even our guns seem far superior to the fallen's. [b]Inspiration:[/b] Every kell we've faced has been able to inspire their house to unite them under them. Skolas had the prophesy, Aksis had siva, and Draksis had success in battle. We could easily use the traveler and the light as inspiration or simply our sheer power could inspire the house we wanted to take. [b]Ether:[/b] All the other Kells we've faced have had a source of ether be it a prime or siva. This is slightly harder for us than the others but I think we could do it. Veriks clearly has the means to create ether so perhaps he could teach us. Or maybe we could somehow steal and reprogram a servitor or two. These seem to be the only definite requirements to become kell and we live up to each one. While it would clearly be harder than if we were fallen the queen has proved an outsider can become kell if they work hard enough. Let me know what you think.
