Completely Recreate Astrocyte Verse perk
Title says it all. This "Exotic" is absolute trash.

They're increasing the Recovery boost for it from +3 to +7 In other words, it'll still be a piece of shit not worth anything other than being extra Exotic shards. I wish they'd just turn it into a legendary helmet if they're not gonna fix it.
