They might as well completely change its perk. Make it grant a second Vortex Grenade charge with increased size or duration. Or give it the ability to slow enemies damaged by Vortex Grenade.

We don't need a wombo (lack of) combo for warlock. At least with nightstalker, they have to use a grenade and melee.
