This Exotic makes no sense for Voidwalkers in my opinion. The helmet looks like there's a Thunderstorm going on inside, so it seems more fitting for Stormcaller. It should give Warlocks a subtle evade, improve Blink in some way, or grant a passive subclass perk to encourage most players to use something other than just the Ophidian Aspects.
