If bungie thinks lowering the amount of sidearm Ammo at spawn is going to fix the current Meta they're wrong
This sidearm meta is cancer. Anyone who is playing trials is forced to use a sidearm. Think about it. When every special weapon has zero ammo except a sidearm why would you even use anything else? Trials matches are 1.5 minutes long. Special spawn is 30 seconds. 1/3 of the time is spent camping special? NO Everyone is going to use a sidearm. How did bungie not think this through? Trials stats show 50% of all special kills are sidearm and 47% are sniper. Real diversity right there.... Point being. If bungie thinks just reducing sidearm ammo in the next patch will fix things they are wrong. Everyone will choose a gun that has even a little ammo over a gun that has zero ammo.. BRING SPECIAL AMMO BACK THEY WAY IT WAS BEFORE!

Bungie [i]did[/i] think this through.......essentially taking from the rich and giving to the poor. The patch simultaneously widened the skill gap for the masses (lesser skilled) and narrowed it for the elite (more skilled). Simple. The patch chopped the legs off of the extreme ends of the range spectrum for most players while simultaneously greatly reducing use of one hit kill weapons = more forgiving/neutral middle ground constructed for higher probability of success for the masses. End of file. There's nothing else to see here. Anyone [i]still[/i] complaining - - there is literally nothing that can be done to help you any further. Pvp has been necked down to this point [u]for 2.5yrs[/u] and still there are complaints, ffs. I had a top 150 player tell me he hasn't had this much fun in the regular pvp playlist in a long time, as well as Trials being unrewarding because of easy wins via the special ammo economy.
