There would be bosses that spawn periodically in different areas on Rhea. They must be at roughly 1/5 health, you must be in a House of Angels mission, and once they are at 1/5th health you can press Square/X to scan it. You will gain a significant amount of Cryptarch rep and the Servitor will be killed in the process.
