If you pre ordered the content for your PS4 at a retailer, they would have given you a code with your purchase. If you pre ordered online before the deadline, it would automatically be redeemed. Pre ordering on your Xbox one will not also give you a code for the PS4 content when you purchase.
Sorry if I misunderstood your post

Hmm. I definitely have the content on Xbox One. When was the deadline?
-
A day before official launch

Ok, so I'm a Day 1 player on Xbox 1- I have all the pre-order content and bonusesyou can get there. I also have a PS4. I have purchased the base game and all DLC there. So there's no way to simply verify I own the content and transfer my liscenses? IF not, that kinda sucks.

No there is no way to transfer content between systems

OK thanks for your time felix. I understand why - but I feel like it's something bungie needs to look into - After all, my green vanguard armory stuff from the digital guardian edition from year 1 transferred across accounts. There are players who've sunk thousands of hours in - on wastedondestiny.com , I'm in the top 2% of players for time played. That's a lot of time using Bungie's product. And if the accounts are linked properly, then it is easy to verify what content a player owns and what content they do not. While there is obviously nothing Bungie is going to do about this in Destiny 1, I feel strongly they need to consider this for future sequels or expansions. A player should not be penalized for switching hardware platforms - Especially when they double-down and purchase all the licensed content twice - one for PS4 and one for Xbox. Fenix, you have been great, thank you for your help - Thanks so much. Pass this up the chain to @Cozmo23 or @Deej if you can.

It doesn't matter how much time you have sunk into the game or how much money, you cannot transfer licenses across family lines period ... this is a decision by both Microsoft and Sony so Bungie has nothing to do with it. That and the two databases for both systems are completely different in structure. So no you won't be getting them

I think you misunderstand my intent - I have stated that: 1 ) I am not looking at Game licenses - I have bought and paid for everything. 2) I am not looking to get this fixed in Destiny 1. Felix made that clear. 3) my issue is future releases and expansions. I know Bungie has the ability to look it up. Even if it is two separate databases, a simple query can cross reference them both. Bungie has the ability to send in-game items to the postmaster. They do it all the time. What we're talking about are pre-order bonuses, in game items like my ev-31 tumbler that was acquired on one platform but not the other, my frontier shell that I got with my digital guardian edition. All of those items can't be transferred and that is fine. But in future releases there will be items like that. And they should be able to transfer. That's all I'm saying. Future releases.
