best load out on perk tree for gunslinger?
my friend just started playing destiny and needs to know the best perks for gunslinger.

Of course, personal play style will play a big role in the matter, but if you want the statistically correct answer, the best build is: Incendiary grenade Better Control Deadeye Incendiary Blade Gunslinger's Trance Chain of Woe As far as the stat boosting perks go, Path Unknown + Way of the Fearless is easily the most popular, but the success rate varies by playlist much more than the other talents I listed, which are all consistently the best in their columns. 2 RepliesIf they must run Gunslinger, set your tree perks around your exotic armour. Armour to consider are: Grasps, Spine,bones,celestial nighthawk. Dead eye is great with nighthawk in pve. Scavenger is great and incendiary grenades are good if you can't use tripmines well and having more knives is always good. Path unknown and way of the drifter with chain of woe for extra recovery. I found Gunslinger fun but I found it centred around single targets where Nightstalker has more crowd control abilities and more movement choices like keen scout with Graviton and vanish in smoke. My hunter is currently set up for PvP. Can't remember what perks i use for the subclass.

I like Young Ahamkara Spine gauntlets for the extra tripmine grenade and gambler's dagger for the extra ranged melee. Gunslinger's trance is good for increasing stability as well. I also run the artifact that removes sprint cooldown. Just make sure your friend knows to pop his Golden Gun while behind cover. You can be taken down by a feather while in your animation when you pop it in the open.
