HoW was fun. There was still a reason to run the daily and weekly heroic on all three characters, weapons felt powerful, nightfall was rewarding. I remember running VOG 3 times Tuesday morning up to the Templar hoping to get Fatebringer...It never dropped for me! Waiting at the Exotic chest so everyone could change characters and open the chest. Running Crota then PoE for that Etheric Light. First gun I use Etheric Light on was VoC (I do not know which gun I infused to 400 first if that tells you anything).
Met a lot of good people, who now do not play or rarely play anymore.

I think if i remember right you only infused to the yr1 max of 365

I mean RoI when the light lvl was raised to 400 I do not remember the first weapon I infused to 400. The point is I remember the first y1 weapon, but not the new bland weapons because they just aren't memorable. They get the job done, barely, but most just aren't fun to use. This game is losing it's uniqueness and a lot of what was appealing about it. I have a love/hate relationship with Destiny right now.

VoC was my fav. Still sits in the vault to this day. 1st E Light for me too.

Sorry, but knowing Bungie missed every deadline so far and are a lazy company. They are scrambling to put this s*** together and it's going to be another y2 messed up game. Sad thing about it. If Bungie wasn't such a lazy company, instead of getting D2 you would be getting D3.

I got Fatebringer 2nd run through VoG. Man was that feeling awesome. Ran through the WoTM raid....it didn't have that feeling. It just felt meh.

That is one of the few guns I never got. It would always drop for someone else though. That was frustrating yet fun.

I remember my VERY first exotic... mida... it took me 13 or so VOG runs but I finally got it. Then I got the NLB from PoE the same day (yes I got my first exotic in HoW after grinding since a few days after Destiny released).
