Usually means you need to return to the NPC who gave you the Quest. 👉👈

This the thing that i know. NPC has nothing for me and quest is still avaible...

It says to kill a boss at the end of strike. And i am doing it.

Try selecting that strike on Heroic via the directory. That's the only thing I can think of.
