Stop making "balance" changes based off popularity and annoyance
If a perk is balanced, like the health regen on kill was, it doesn't need to be nerfed into the ground because your dev team found it annoying. Red Death, a weapon that was already considered one of the most average exotics was nerfed, again?

Let me put it into perspective for people. He got mad for dying to Hungering Blade so he nerfed Hungering Blade, he nerfed QuickDraw, he nerfed blink jump, AND he nerfed Skip grenades!!!! Like wtf Josh??
