Probably down to 8. This is assuming you use Amplitude

I don't know the exact numbers, but you now have to run amplitude to get the intrinsic effect thunderstrike used to have. I don't mind that they reduced the range, but it should've been replaced with some other perk.

Thunder Strike should have a natural 'Amplify' perk instead of this extra range BS. Sun Strike should apply Melting point naturally, and have a burn as an upgrade.

I would've been fine with anything really, as long they gave it [i][b]something[/b][/i]. I hope it was just an oversight.

Lol I love the animation too. I'm just saying it's unfair for thunderstrike to be the only melee ability in the game that doesn't have an intrinsic perk.

Oops my bad, it's 4 times the range. But seriously, I almost guarantee you at least 70% of Storm Callers used amplitude before the patch. It's almost the same now.

Every warlock melee has more range than blink strike, so "more range than blink strike" isn't a perk. They should've changed amplitude, not thunderstrike. Without the extra range, it's the [b][i][u]ONLY[/u][/i][/b] melee ability in the game that doesn't have an intrinsic perk.
