If you read the latest poop paper post it seems that "josh" the head of the sandbox team nerfed the red death by mistake when you he went after the blade dancer. He liked his screw up so bad that the red death will now have a new nerf after he rolls back the first nerf he put on it by mistake. Sorry if this doesn't make sense but it's hard to explain the unexplainable
