Hey I'm having the same issue! I was playing Destiny just fine and then I got an update for the Xbox dashboard from the Update Preview Program. As soon as it installed in tried getting back on Destiny and it started giving me the same message. Tried all possible troubleshooting and it hasn't worked. Now I'm trying a reinstall of Destiny to see if it resolves the issue. All other multi-player games are working fine for me.

FYI, I have the alpha build and am able to log in and play fine. There was a major fiber cut in the southeast US about 4 hours ago that has been resolved so not sure if that might have affected you (ISP problems). I would hard reboot your consoles, routers, and modem and try logging in again.

I would first try a hard reboot of all your equipment before doing that but hey whatever you want.
