I just got on the forums for the first time this week... What's this I hear about regen perks?

I'll shorten it down to these points: • The Hunter Dev thought nerfing Hungering Blade was a great idea • From this nerf, it was clear he was being hypocritical about Blade's regen, so the community reacted • When the patch dropped (some theorize to save his job), he made changes to all perks that give regen (red death, cauterize, etc.), but it just made him look stupid and incapable of balancing this game. • I'm a biased and salty hunter that absolutely disagrees with A - How the devs are that idiotic that they honestly believe they can get away with the "it frustrates the devs" excuse B - Why the devs are so adamant on breaking Blink and BladeDancer with no real valid reason (other than the devs wanting to).

Good to know, thanks. That does sound pretty flakey on his part. What changes to regen did he actually make? Do they make the super charge faster, or what? If "regen" is specific to Bladedancers, you might have to explain it- I've almost only played my Warlock for the past year and a half.
