Hand cannons should not kill at long range. They are meant for medium to close range. Long range is for scouts. I don't get why it's in the bad.

I'm talking fusion rifle range, not across the map range. Next time I'll be very clear on what I mean by "long" range.

Fusion rifle range is where there damage fall off starts? About 35m for a decent ranged hand cannon kill
