I already have the gjallerhorn but i dont own the iron version to infuse it to
-
The "Iron Gjallarhorn" is non-existent, it's just a year 3 Gjallarhorn. You can get it by completing the questline in Rise of Iron and it's aesthetically and mechanically exactly the same as the "Iron Gjallarhorn" advertised as bait for preordering.
-
It does exist. If you got the pre order. Right when rise of iron launched you got an iron thorn at light 3 that was unusable until you unlocked the year 3 ghorn. Once the year 3 ghorn is unlocked you have the option of infusing your new one into the iron one or keeping it and.having two separate ghorns. And yes it is different instead of it being silver and gold its chrome, black, and red.

That's strange because there's no spot for it in the kiosk. I guess it has a hidden node like the black spindle did until discovery. Either way, it's the exact same launcher, and plus Bungie would never reimburse a player for anything ever, nor a retailer after 6 months.
-
I hear ya on the reimbursement. And that may be the case but its in my kiosk. Maybe you never purchased the pre order
-
Oh I never claimed to purchase the preorder. I just figured they were the same weapon because there's no spot for different year 3 Gjallarhorns. From what I understand, the kiosks function as any other vendor in that they are universal across the entire game. So when I saw there was no spot for an Iron version, I assumed that the regular one was what you got for preordering. That's why I brought up the Black Spindle. There was no spot in the exotic kiosk for it until it was discovered. The same is probably true for the different versions of the Gjallarhorn.
