Special gone every time you die
This is Bs. Now that every time you die you need special ammo from the crates? All this is going to do is make games longer and people make peel away from fights in order to get special because you won't spawn with any. Also secondaries are situational and not a primary. The shotguns have been nerfed so why nerf special?

right secondaries are situational....supposed to be anyways, but we have all had those games where people run around with shotguns the whole dam time

2 RepliesLike you said, secondaries are situational, not primaries. People were using secondaries as primaries sooo im fkn glad they nerfed the special to sht. Now i can get into a primary fight without having to worry about a damn shotgun ape rushing at me 99% of the time.

3 RepliesBungie said they would not nerf things into the ground, but that is all they did. There is a clear winner in this new meta: no land beyond, icebreaker, universal remote, and and sidearm. At least they are exotics, but the shotgun meta will become the sidearm meta. And, the thing is, sidearms were some of my favorite weapons, but now they will be OP.

I don't really mind. I mostly use specials to counter specials, fighting fire with fire and all that. I will probably use a side arm or Invective now as it will spawn me with special ammo. But I'm still not comfortable with using my special as a primary. I'm curious how this patch will turn out.

you only need special if you can only get kills with OHK guns. get some skill, adapt a bit use those dusty primaries and have fun.

I personally applaud this, unless all the bounties turn into special bounties. I mostly use AR anyways, so doesn't bug me. I've been stealing the crates for a while now, while still raising kd slightly, and getting killed a lot less from shotties and snipes

4 RepliesThis was the wrong way to go about things. All that needed done was a blanket buff to primaries. Once again though bungo took things too far. I pity the trials team that loses their first round in a match.
