Level 40 character boost missing

I purchased the Destiny - The Collection for my PS. I set up an online account, redeemed the provided code, downloaded the content and launched Destiny. When I created a charsher and started the game I could not locate my level 40 character boost. I checked everywhere, including the postmaster and stI'll nothing. The level 40 character boost was one of the main reason I bought this game. Please fix this as soon as possible

  • Hey there, Are you playing on the account that purchased the Collection? Only the purchasing account is entitled to a level 40 spark of light. If you are on the purchasing account, please try restoring your licenses and clearing your consoles cache.
